As consumers we want information that is relevant to us and presented in the most convenient and concise way. Websites that display dynamic content have the highest engagement and conversion rates. But what exactly is dynamic content? This is information, data or visuals that are shown to users based on their geo location or specific behaviour and interests. So, for example, if I browse a particular website while I’m in London and then travel to New York, the content I see will be different even though I’m looking at the same page.

2. Voice activated Interface

Voice search has been a growing trend for the past 2 years. More people are using voice assistants to look for stuff on the internet rather than typing on Google or other engines. Therefore the rise of voice activated website interface is inevitable. So, as a user, you should be able to speak to the website and tell it what you want to see. Website of the future indeed!

It’s the 21st year of the 21st century!
